Making A Purchase --- Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Your payment will be made to Paypal who will inturn inform Worldwide Sportswear of you payment so we can despatch your goods.

All items quoted are in pounds sterling and customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, shipping, carriage and handling costs at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to decline service for non - creditworthy purchasers

We reserve the right to amend prices or specifications, as well as to add or withdraw any item at any time without prior notice.

Items that want to be returned due to wrong sizing by no fault of Worldwide Sportswear may be returned and exchanged subject to the extra carriage charges being paid by you the customer.

Customers agree that the use of Worldside Sportwear and the purchase of the products within are made at the customer's own risk.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping And Handling --- All deliveries may require a signature on delivery.

Delivery charges are clearly stated at the checkout page before you place your final order.

Delivery Schedule --- 90% of orders are currently despatched within 3 working days and we aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days.

If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Deliveries to Europe & ROW are normally delivered within 10 working days, however we do our best to reduce the delivery time.

Back Orders --- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges --- 17.5% VAT is included for all products with the exception of childrens clothing & footwear - which are zero rated.

Non European Union Customers may reclaim VAT
Credit Card Security --- Worldwide Sportswear accepts payment by all major credit or debit cards via Paypal. Your card details will be ENCRYPTED to ensure a SECURE transfer of all data.

In using this service customers acknowledge that Worldwide Sportswear and its vendors are not responsible and shall not be held liable for any breaches in transaction security by third parties.
Guarantee --- Items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture may be returned for exchange or refund. The original receipt must also be returned.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Worldwide Sportwear, its employees and directors harmless from any dispute that might arise from a breach of this Agreement. Worldwide Sportwear, its employees and directors shall not be held accountable for any expenses associated with such claims, including but not limited to solicitor's fees, court costs and other expenses associated with the use of Worldwide Sportwear or any claims made regarding Agreement breach.

Returns Policy --- Items that want to be returned due to wrong sizing / non suitability by no fault of Sportshop Ltd may be returned and exchanged subject to the return carriage charges being paid by you the customer. The original invoice must also be returned.

Refunds may be given at the discretion of Sportyshop Ltd on unwanted products provided that they are returned in their original packaging and in an unworn / unused condition provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. The original invoice must also be returned.
